Things To Consider When Ordering!
1. Please do not count the day your product ships out as Day 1.
*UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday*
2. Your product ships out on Tuesday, Count Wednesday as Day 1.
3. If you order 2 Day Air after 3pm on a Wednesday, your package will NOT be delivered until Monday or Tuesday of the next week.
4. If you order 3 Day Air after 3pm on a Tuesday, your package will not be delivered until Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of the next week
5. If you order after 3pm Pacific Time, your order will NOT go out untill the next business day.
6. Please order two weeks in advance during holidays to ensure adequate tobacco supply.
7. Our Business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm PST. We will try our best to be on schedule,but we can not guarantee it.
8. We are not responsible for late shipments do to Mother Nature's Tantrums. UPS weather delays are NOT REFUNDABLE.
9. You have 24hrs to respond on out of stock items. Order will ship without product if no response is made.
